Meet Vive

Vive Oldham is a Somatic Practitioner, MotherCircle Facilitator, Artist, Mum, Auntie and Pleasure Activist.

Her practice is guided by the work of Marian Dunlea’s BodyDreaming in the Treatment of Developmental Trauma: An Embodied Therapeutic Approach which centres the organic intelligence of the body.

Through her training and lived experience she helps women grow the capacity to stay present to both friction and pleasure. She orients to the idea that pleasure isn’t an escape from difficulty, but a resource that allows us to meet activation, thresholds, and change with groundedness and creativity.

She is the creator of Tiny Rituals, a body-led practice that aligns with the emerging science of neuroaesthetics and the art of tending the Soul, inspired by the work of Thomas Moore.

Through small, sensory, creative acts, these rituals help women reconnect with what brings them to life, gently revealing their unique gifts - what mythologist Michael Meade calls our ‘genius’.

Her work blends structure and tenderness to support capacity building, creative expression, and meaningful, embodied change.
