About Erika & Marc-John ~ Native Wisdom Hub
Erika Huarcaya is a Chanka-Quechua wisdom keeper, cacao guardian, and ceremonial guide from the highlands of Peru. Rooted in the living traditions of her ancestors, she has spent her life in direct relationship with the sacred plants and practices of the Andes ~ holding space for healing, initiation, and remembrance across cultures and continents.
Marc-John Brown is a cultural bridge-builder, shamanic practitioner, coach, community mentor, and co-founder of Native Wisdom Hub. With over 17 years of deep community engagement across South America, he has devoted his work to facilitating authentic exchange between indigenous wisdom traditions and modern audiences, always in service of the communities and lineages these teachings belong to.
Together, Erika and Marc-John co-direct Native Wisdom Hub, a Scottish social enterprise dedicated to the ethical and reciprocal sharing of Andean and Amazonian ancestral wisdom. Their work bridges the ceremonial and the practical ~ offering retreats, training programmes, and courses that ground ancient knowledge in lived experience. At the heart of their personal and professional lives is a commitment to Ayni, sacred reciprocity — and the belief that plant allies are not merely tools, but conscious presences offering guidance through the deepest thresholds of human experience.
